In order to include 35mm slides in a powerpoint presentation the slides must first be digitized. Some flatbed scanners have slide attachments for doing just this. Some photo-processing companies, Kodak for instance, will do it for a per slide fee. Once the slides are in digital format, they can be included in a powerpoint application as any other image file.
