TITLE:  Sigma-Injectivity of Modules

ABSTRACT: A module is called sigma-injective if an arbitrary
direct sum of copies of M is an injective module. Several
characterizations and consequences of a sigma-injective module
are well-known. We provide a new characterization of a module
to be sigma-injective.
